Was told to contact customer service

I have been made ineligible for deliveries, based off fraudulent behavior which is not correct. I had several deliveries at night where the customers address were in dangerous parts of town and couldnt complete the delivery for fear of my safety. I was approached by a man with a baseball bat on particular delivery. In more than one case, I wasnt provided an apt number or trailer number and the area was not safe to get out. I ask that Uber consider that we are in a national crisis with violence happening everywhere. I had every intention of finishing every delivery I started, but I will admit I have feared for my safety and thats the reason I wasnt able or willing to put myself in danger. Im pleading for a probationary second chance. Ive thought about how I can stay safe and not put myself in these dangerous situations. I find it very unfair that no one from UberEats will even speak to me to hear what happened. Please reinstate me so I can take care of my family. America is in a national emergency, I am asking Uber recognize that and allow me an opportunity to feed my family. Thank you!

I have complaints and questions

1st of all on several occasions in the last few months I've connected to a driver and then all of a sudden they disconnect and cancel one day a driver came to pick me up and wanted to argue about my pick up location and when I said let me go get my stuff he drove off without me last week I had a driver almost 5 seconds from my door decide she didn't want to come any farther so she left without me I'm very upset every time that happens I'm always late to work they have to wait for another driver 1 day I had to do it for different times. And lately the GPS is always wrong well it's not wrong but it's not right the longer I'm in a car the more it costs me and 90% of the time they get off the freeway before it's time to get off the freeway taking the surface streets which could eliminate 10 extra minutes on my time if they would do it on the freeway like I ask them to but they don't want to do it that way I'm asking for some sort of compensation some credit a few of free drives I don't care but effort keeps up I'm not going to use you anymore I use you because you're cheaper than LYFT but I will go with them if that's what it takes considering I use you 3 to 10 times a week. And Also recently in the last couple of weeks I accepted a ride that said it was gonna be about $14 then you charged me $34 I expect at least a $20 credit on my credit card. And I also expect a reply.

If you expect a reply from this site you're a bigger fool than I thought. This site has nothing to do with Uber.

As far as running to Lyft as if things are better there, you clearly haven't read the banal complaints. Look, it's a seller's market. There are more people in need of rides than there are drivers.

Given the choice between a pud like you and someone else, guess what happens. Don't like it, catch the bus...

I need to change my phone Number

I followed the prompts and The Help menu . There was a phone number provided but when I call the number is only used for emergencies. I'm an Uber driver I need to speak to a representative in order to change my phone number.

Login issues

I forgot my password, but when trying to login, it asks for my phone number, well my number has changed since using Uber last &;;;;;;;; my current phone number is active on another account. I still can't get into my account. And I can't call because I'm not signed into the app.

Complaint on driver

On Thursday, july 23rd Jeff an Urber driver picked me up at 545am from my home to downtown Chicago. Being my first time using Urber, I didn't know that Urber doesn't accept cash. When arrived at the destination, I came up with $23 cash. During our ride, we exchanged numbers. I later checked my account and the transaction went through. He agreed that he would make good. I sent him a screenshot of the Urber receipt. Again, he never responded.
