Trouble booking

This is my first time booking uber. I am trying to book for my husband. He lending in JFK airport, he want to come home by uber ride. Can someone call me for guidance booking uber ride please?

I was supposed to be credited for my last ride, Uber never did

I spoke to several employees in different departments in Uber, I was supposed to receive a call regarding a full credit on my last ride over 10 days ago, never got the call for the credit nor did I received a email on the credit. Please see my account notes for additional details of my complaint. I hope the next email I get from your company will be the full credit for my last ride. If not I will stop using Uber.

User's recommendation: Make sure you have all your belongings and request the driver to put on back seat lights so you can make sure you have everything.

Ridiculous pin in accuracies with cancellation fees

Got screwed on 3 rides bc the pin didnt put me at my current location of chick Fil A. Additionally it took me to the wrong Drury inn and i got charged multiple times

Refund

I have been being charged for a subscription from Uber that I did not authorize since MAY 2021. They were charging me $9.99 twice per month. So they have charged me $9.99 + $9.99 so $19.99.

I was billed wrongly

The Uber driver went to the wrong location. I was billed $7.25 on 1/6/2022. I will like to be refunded.

Incorrectly charged

I've never had an Uber car ride or used Uber eats, and I've been charged $9.99 for three months that I now know of. I would like to speak to someone to reverse the charges off my credit card bill.

Fraud

Someone has used my account numerous times to pay for Uber. You can't actually call anybody you have to send them an email. So far they've emailed me back once telling me that they didn't see what the problem was. I have never used uber. Nor have I ever paid for someone else's Uber. I think it's ridiculous that there is nobody you can call. They did email me tho. So we shall see

Charged after i cancelled

I cancelled an uber ride. The others cancelled and followed through just fine. But one was still charged to my card of 30 something dollars. If it cancelled why did I get charged the full amount.

Charge

I cancel my trip because my ride kept delayed longer and longer and I had to go to work, I canceled and they charged me to compensate the driver INCONVENIENCE seriously! What about my inconvenience. Now you telling me that I have to pay your mediocre driver for wasting my time and made me late for work. That is poor customer service.

Application

My account was deactivated with no warning so that I could get my ratings and stuff back up. My times were long do to the holidays and long wait times and the inside of restaurants being closed. Also I would work during rush hour so the traffic would be bad and it would take me longer to get to my destination. I always did everything I could to keep the customer happy, their food warm, and deliver it as quick as possible.

Uber one

I cancelled my subscription for my Uber One, they collected money from my bank account anyway despite having cancelled.

User's recommendation: Never sign up for bogus Uber One service. Total Scam.
