Outstation Uber driver denies to come

I booked outstation ride since yesterday and I received confirmation. I got driver details in themorning 10.30 AM and the driver did not turn up. When i called the driver denied to come. I wasted 45 minutes in this and there is no way to compain using app. I could not call driver who denied to pick up call. With frustration I booked outstation OLA and now I received call from another Uber driver. If you can not provide driver for outstation please stop this sevice and stop harrising us. Charge very high

Charge was almost double of what Lyft would have charged. I had no way to question Uber re this. I then checked the Lyft sight in the cost of the same ride was so much ch less. I asked the driver & he said he had not control over the price. The Uber customer service # is no longer in service. This was very frustrating for me.

Doublecharged for one trip

The issue has been since resolved and they credited the double payment back to me. It took several days but it's done.

Yes Ive tried to speak with a person by chat tell me figure out the problem and its not working. I cant find the number to talk to a person on the phone. I spent $200 about her Uber card and I dont know if I didnt download it right but it wont let me use it it states on the app but I have 200 Uber cash but I cant get it to work so Ive just lost $200 unless Im able to speak to somebody in person so I can figure out how to fix it

Customer service is useless

I left my phone in a Uber and they told me theres no one to talk to or get in contact with about the driver details and made me send a email to wait for 24-48 hrs which is ridiculous and unhelpful completely
