Lost phone

I actually got charged the 15 dollar return fee but I went and picked it up from him . Curious to why I got charged for going to the driver to get my personal belongings back . I would like a refund of the 15.00 please

I have an Uber eats credit of $30 but I can't use it

No results no human to speak to. Re-routed to several different places. Don't buy Uber one! How frustrating! Why promise someone a promotion that is impossible to redeem?

Poor Uber service

Cancel ride twice by Uber driver at 11 pm and then charge 5.50 cancellation fee. Then twice charged 98 dollars from my account. Horrible service

Charged for ride I did not xall

I did not use Uber in months and was charged for a random ride! Nobody will clear this up! Im so upset. Never had this happen. Im very disappointed! It was 24.99 out of my account!

Background check

Yes there is an issue still. The background check company checkr is saying that they dont have an inquiry from Uber. My account is still saying waiting on the background check. But how? It hasnt even been sent to Checkr. What is going on Uber? The customer service number is giving me the runaround. Keep forwarding me to other departments. Please resolve this issue for me so I can start working. Pleaseeee

Horrible system for customer support.

Uber only has one way now to get in contact with them if you need help and thats through the app, menu, and then to help. But once you have opened it and are connected with an agent THAT YOU CAN ONLY TEXT the system wont even let you send a text to them so I am never able to tell Uber what my issue is. There is no way to get in contact if you need help with uber now!

Fraudulent account

So, I received a letter from the IRS that I was found to have not reported a driver income for 2020, and now they added 1100 bucks to my taxes. Before I go too far, let me state, "I AM NOT AN UBER DRIVER"!! Tried to call to report that someone is using my name and social so they can close the account. Not so much for me, but the safety of thier riders. Oh, Uber has no active phone number, it told me to download the driver app and go to help section. Ya, that's all I need, right? A fake driver account is dangerous, but no way to report it. Good job endangering your riders Uber. Get a phone!!!n

Want to complain as extra charged of Rs.833.00 want a refund

Had booked uber from kolkata international Airport to 122A Rash behari Avenue kolkata 700029 ..amount charged was Rs.873.00 hence booked ..It was 10.00 pm on 8.05.22 . When reached destination the amount shown Rs 1760.00 why excess charged...want the refund immediately.

Driver not responding for more than two hours

Driver not responding from two hours we got late for our destination i think uber doesn't care about our precious time last time I was disappointed with uber driver he took almost two hours for responding and after two hours he cancelled the trip booking seeing this I will not book uber again if this happens again.

User's recommendation: Don't book uber they will not care about your precious time when you have to reach your destination urgently this uber will disappoint you better use ola app you will be satisfied anyway with it.
