Uber driver

I took a Uber and my EarPod drop out and I realize down in the evening I contacted Uber n it provided a number I contacted the Uber driver he told me someone found it in the back n gave him I said to him how can we arrange to get it he started questioning the price of my EarPods n 15 dollars cant buy gas i called n called after he hung up up to today I havent heard anything about my EarPods such a disappointment

I got charged 3 times for 1 trip

I was charged three times for one trip. I am very confused with using your app and this website. I chatted with someone already and got switched to help site to be charged a monthly free. Can someone please help me without sending me to another unhelpful site.

My credit card doesn't work

My card was replaced and last5 digits changed. Your site would not accept new AMEX PLATINUM CARD NUMBER. SO YOU HAVE LIST ME AS A CUSTOMER FIR clear now to lyft. I want to update my wife's card on your sight but it does not show the change I just made twice. Still shows old card number

Poor customer service

My driver after accepting a ride, cancelled after realizing he couldve charged more. Then had the audacity to say he was in front of the hotel. I was out there the entire time, he then called me & said oh Im on the other side & theres too much traffic. I told him I had to go to the airport. He said oh well do what you gotta do & then cancelled my ride.

I was overcharged

I ordered a car at one price but was charged a different fee. But my driver was excellent! But it is unfair to trick someone into thinking they are paying one price when its much higher!

I booked Uber but drive not arrive

I tried and booked a cab but it didn't show me any information and searching for almost 8mins, when I exit the app, then after 3mins received a call from driver that he is coming. Now it has been almost 25mins since driver called me and now no call even not response on call or messages. And driver was asking me to cancel the trip when he called. Pls look into it ,it had happened with me prior to this also.
