Didn't get picked up
I was charged $5.75 and the driver came to the wrong location. The address was error nest on driver GPS. I called and texted drive and driver left. Need money back

Horrible customer service…if you can even get in touch with a customer service rep in any way, shape or form to attempt to rectify the situation. How does Uber not have a freaking customer service #?!
I was double billed for the same ride. Cant reach anyone in customer service to rectify the situation because heaven forbid they have a customer service phone number

My card was not accepted
I kept putting my info in, for some reason it was not accepting it, I never got the chance to speak with anyone. I got frustrated and decided to call a Taxi, they accepted my card too

Driver recklessly driving

Dispute unauthorized transaction on my kid daughter green light account
I Takita Jackson is writing on behalf of my child. An unauthorized transaction in the amount of $99.99 was taken from her Greenlight account 01/26/2022 we suspect fraud on this transaction, I also tried reaching an Uber customer service agent to better assist us in disputing this transaction and report suspension of fraud, but the number provided is an none working number. Reservation order issue
The app and customer service (via Twitter) promote the reservation feature as costing about the same as a non-reserved trip to the same place. When reserving a trip that was about 5 miles from home, a reservation cost me $41 when not reserving to the exact same place was only about $9. When I tried to press the issue for more clarity with the Twitter customer service, they stonewalled me by saying that reservations are subject to being locked in to their price, but did not give me a reason that my reservation would be nearly five times the price even when I provided screenshots. And if it was because they didn't know, they could have tried to look into it. But all I got out of the conversation is that reserving a ride through Uber is a scam.
User's recommendation: If you plan to try and reserve, make sure to compare the price. It might not be worth it.

i did not get my money put back on my card when they canceled the order which was 21.00 dollars and some change it was on the 20th i put an order in for kostas but it got canceled and i did not get my money back

my uber driver car was rageldy.. did not accommodate the room I needed..the driver parked in mud and it caused my $200 ugg boots to get damaged also I told my driver I was in no rush do not go through tolls and she still went through tolls causing my bill to be $75 I would like a call and I want a refund

Uber charged my card and couldn't provide a driver
I set up a ride on the UBER app and UBER charged my card. Then, sent me a text on the App stating that they had no drives at that time to try again later but, since they charged my card I don't have the money to get a ride from UBER. And, they are refusing to send a driver nor refund my money. So, word of warning don't trust ANY COMPANY BASED OUT OF CALIFORNIA, THEY WILL SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER.

This is the third time in a month I have been charged for a ride plus my account goes into mjnus. ]Someone has my information. I would like the destination maybe I could figure out if its someone I know. My bank has on my account now not to accept charges. It is not me.
