Response time to complaint

I was overcharged by Uber, wrong destination and the time for the trip(trip is usually about 20 to 22 minutes but they stated 45 minutes on the receipt and above all, the charge notified to me is different from what was applied to my card. Uber only responded to me today December 11 2022 since I lodged my complaint on the December 3rd 2022.

Extra Charge for $150

On December 6th at 11:05 AM my mother and father took a Uber from 425 est 67th street to 9415 76th street the price of the ride was $54.50 including tips but the driver charge was $150 extra for a complaint of cleaning on his car I need Uber to investigate this issue . His license plate number us : T781150C and the FHV license number is 589**** and the TLC license : 577**** . Please look into the issue thank you .

Misbehave by driver

Hi. I am from sector 82 gurgaon,I booked the uber cab on 7th December around 9:11 am, for from vatika to passport seva kendra Gurgaon Driver reached around 9:47am.there are so many points to shows his bad behavior. 1-He took long and scary route to save toll tax as told him we are getting late but he didn't listen my request.. 2-He started talk to his friend over the phone on the backside speaker which was very loud. I told him if u want to talk please keed volume down because I have 10 months baby and 10 year son, they were with me, I said my baby is scaring but he didn't do that when completed his talk then he cut the phone.. 3-he started the smoke in the car . I can't believe how anybody can do that. I have a small baby and he is smoking when I told him stop the smoking, he started the bad language to me. . I got scared because I have my kids I want to reach my destination and kept my self.. When I reached I paid him via gpay.. Could you take any action for this kind of bad person, request for licence should be cancel for his vehicle.. Please don't wait for others to face this behavior of him which will take any horrible situation before that you should take action against him..

Uber charged me 6 additional times that was fraudulent and wasn’t authorize I sent in the information from my bank with the charges and the date, and they refused to give me my money back. Be aware.

You guys was not helpful at all May six additional fraudulent charges on my credit card that I did not authorize, and refused to give my money back after sending in all the information and proof.

Driver didn’t show on time and I still got charged for canceling the ride

DI made a reservation the night before my early flight from my hotel in Allentown, PA to New Jersey airport was first confirmed canceled by Uber then changed to another driver but the driver never showed and kept delay the estimate arrival time from 2 minutes to 5 minutes to 8 minutes to 18 minutes so I finally canceled the ride on the app but because I didnt cancel 60 minutes prior to my reservation Uber charged me $40 cancellation fee which was not my fault that the driver didnt show up on time and I didnt want to miss my flight. Plus I reserve the ride the night before so Uber should have better driver selection on finding a reliable driver for me. And when I submitted my issue online in Ubers app no one responded. Its been over 48 hours and I still have not heard back from Uber. I will not pay this cancelation fee or use Uber anymore. User's recommendation: Do not make reservation ahead of time. It’s just not realizable at all

I can't get a ride through app

Still no any riders request until 2 days ago on high demand or normal . Just reserved one trip. This 3th day i will be no request on my app !!! I setup and restart my phone & delete the uber app and loaded again same problem is nothing !!!
