There will always be an Issue with Uber just replace my 25% in my account and there will be no more problem

Im only 15 minutes away from the airport and I was charged almost 100.dollars they they will refund 25%to my account well let me see that then

I was charged a cancellation fee of $85.23 for an order that was immediately cancelled .

I placed an order and immediately cancelled the order. And Uber still charged me the entire amount of $85.23 for canceling. I also called the vendor and they said the order was cancelled on there end that Uber has to refund me my money .

I am daily traveller of uber. When I have checked my billing,it found that uber is changing excess Toll double toll while it should be only once as distance is less and same toll receipt is valid for another toll. Toll amount is rs.60/ but you are charging rs.63/ Why so This happens when I travel from Sinhgad Rd Pune to Solapur high way.While for same trip Ola is changing Toll rs60/And toll at only one time. Please check the same and refund my excess amount Dr.Nandkishor Bhikne

User's recommendation: For pune customer who travelled towardspune to solapur rd uber charged you rs 63/ instead of rs 60, cantonment charge only one toll ,while uber chagred twice it has been not clear at what rate they charge GST my one trip receipt is attached herewith.no reply or no customer care no as per consumer forum act.can uber reply on thisp rs.

I booked uber auto. He reached destination and started roaming around. I was getting late, explaining him. But he refused to understand ! It's so frustrating to meet such driver. Extremely unqualified. Please look into this and take some action. He wasn't listening or helping. Least expected from uber.

I bought a new phone and I cannot access with my Uber wallet and can’t use gift card or add funds please help because I don’t use credit cards.

Why can't I refill my Uber wallet ? I bought $75 worth of gift cards how can I load it in my wallet when I dont see add funds!!

$49.21 was withdrawn from my account without my consent

There was a trip from Connecticut to New York on Saturday and after paying for the trip, Uber withdrew $49.21 for tip . I did tipped the driver in person . So why charging me for tip again without my consent. I want my money back

Uber decided to freeze my account when I changed my email address.

I change the email address on the driver app and Uber froze my account due to security reasons now I can't cash out any of my earnings they tell me it's fixed and it's not nobody will answer the phone support keeps transfer me all over the place I can't get into the app because they change the password so I am beyond frustrated right now I can't get a hold of anybody over there and I don't know what to do

After I called the customer service number provided I got a recording stating there wasn't any one available to help me and that I could use the help section in the driver app. HELLO!!!

I'm locked out remember geez. Can't believe this is happening.

I was not credited the appropriate number of points

Hello! I wish to maintain my Platinum Status. On my most recent trip on my favorite route, I was not credited the 10x bonus. The GPS did not recognize the pickup location as my favorite restaurant, so I did not receive the appropriate number of points. I am asking that you correct this. (The restaurant is coded as 1375 Washington Street in Boston.. Today the app recognized the pick-up as Washington Street Street and Union Park. The restaurant is at the corner of of these streets but has a street address of 1375 Washington Street.) Thank you.
