Payment overcharged

Being charged three times in my account and our rides not even booked don't use them no customer support at all. Made me late to my plans...,,...!!!!!!!!!!!stay away from them. Why was I not able to add a second credit card to my account? I spent seven hours. 7 HOURS, 7HOURS, trying to get home. My account would not take a different card. I had to ask a stranger for help. Drivers send by you ask for extra money

Driver called through app, dont seem to follow the rules, they ask for excess money, rather than what is shown in app. Sedan vehicles no ac nor smooth driving, totally fed up. They message their number and make us to call. Your drivers tell us to cancel and we have to pay cancellation amount. Worst, very worst, iam removing your app too. Waste people with no good service intension.

Driver deliberately delayed pick up and ride

Initial p/u time 15 mins. Car was stopped for extended period so I texted. Said was getting gas. From then on didnt follow map, backtracked and took longest route possible. From my initial request to drop off was an hour and missed event. Couldnt cancel as I would lose fare.

The issue of the app not working properly when needed and we could not change the address

also not being able to contact the customer service as none of the questions you are ask were relevant .you need to have incase of messed up situations .It always points to the driver and it was not it was ubers fault, we tried for 10 mins every possible action so he asked me to cancel and re book with the correct address

Driver never showed up

My driver said he showed up and that he picked me up and dropped me off but he never did. I couldn't get my money back or find a number anywhere for the company. They don't even have that option on their website. So I'm out $8 and decided this is B's and just cancelled my membership.

Because I can't get in my account

My phone is broken and I cant get in my account to get my ubers and I have money on my account and they not letting me just use my email account to log in keeps asking for number but I have no access to that phone anymore its broken.
