Payment related issue
I was charged 21 as cancellation charges, although driver cancelled the trip. When I complained I was informed that cancellation charges will be waived. But Iam not able to book any ride as Uber is asking me to clear the payment of 21. So Iam forced to travel using Ola.

Because My Uber driver left me I was at the store within 3 minutes I spend money everyday with Uber I'm going to need to compensate me this not the only time this has happened and tell me for that I left my cell phone in the car and I never got it back and I tried so many times to get it back I spent over $200 a week

I have paid extra money Rs. 768 to Uber driver to my last trip...on 12/04/2021 I used to drive Uber service that time I couldn't pay thourgh google pay so i paid cash to driver and again I have paid extra double charge to next Uber driver... Please solve my issue otherwise I'll take severe action for this

On 12/04/2021 i used to drive Uber service that time i couldn't pay my charge through google pay so, i paid cash to driver... And last time payment I have paid double charge Rs. 922 ... So please refund my money immediately otherwise I'll take severe action for this issue

Yall need to fix this. No way it went from $30 to $50. I want my money back. And if yall charged me of that dumb *** driver MISSED THE EXIT that aint got *** to do with me i just want my money and for yall to stop over charging me cause im pissed now. Need to discuss my deactivation my account driving
An inconvenience issue I didnt know about it a client was call for pick up and later on they text me to let me know there have a service dog with them I text them back I said can you call Uber first the charge for that person never answer me.I didnt if I have to get the costumer because I was about after I start doing Uber no body educate me about that if is a policy or not no body giving me an interview to let me know whats going on.I never can find no one to talk about that.

Cancel ride reschedule
I downloaded the app as a new customer. Followed the prompts to register with my personal data and credit card information. Then used the scrolling calendar to schedule an Uber for the next day. Hit the confirm option. Was sent a message that Susan would be arriving in 10 minutes. Called her & canceled. Tried to reschedule. Message said Carlos would be arriving in 7 minutes. Called & canceled. Then got charged a cancellation fee! Im not happy!
User's recommendation: Not sure… maybe charge a fee if it’s not canceled within 30 seconds!!!!
