Tip issue

It added an 8.00 tip to my 8.00 ride. I wrote to them and asked them to change the tip to $3. They emailed back saying it was resolved and IT IS NOT RESOLVED!!

Lost item and impossible to get in touch with driver

I left an item in the car when ai got out of the car. Within minutes I realized I was missing the item and tried to go through the app to get in touch with my driver. Not only does Uber not have customer service, they dont even have a phone number you can call. Ive made the switch to Lyft.

I want my order or a refund. I want my order or a refund. Your drivers are scamming people out of their money. Your company is for *** Your customer service is for *** I have an issue and I cant get thru to anyone. Youre a bunch of thieves. I want to talk to someone. I want to talk to the person who cant do his job

Overcharged

Was overcharged 2 days in a row and credited the difference on both days. No explanation as to why over charged.

I totally agree! I was conned out of $25.00 and no rider service! I've complained to my credit card company to finally being successful (thanks to uber.pissed.com) at having a workable toll free Uber number and speaking to a live operator, to now being subjected to write a bad review about a company I used to say wonderful things about!

Twice I was charged for trips I didn't take, emails constantly repeating, my health cannot take this stress of fixing what shouldn't be broken

I was charged for 3 trips on April 8th 2022 but only took 2 trips. After my trips my account was $1967.00 but today received another email bill & my account is $1952.00. This is the second time & I'm going to report it to BBB
