Card gets declined

New card, gets declined, shows system error when check balance on website. This is ridiculous. Called multiple time only to get no answers and stay on hold for 45 minutes

I got ripped off for $30 the place I went to was Dunkin' Donuts you can go on to my profile and see my ride history it was $8.80 some cents and you guys charged me 32 now I'm going to be homeless and

You guys overcharged me by $30 not more than an hour ago the fair was $8 and some change you guys charged me 32 freaking dollars I need my money back I have to eat and don't come back with that computer *** 410-916-**** if I do not hear back or get my refund I am calling the police and I'm going public about you guys stealing from your customers. I've been riding with you people for over 4 years and you're going to pull this kind of *** on me. Excuse the terminology but I am fed up with all the *** computers and get me a damn live person and call me or like I said I will call 911 like I said I will press charges for fraud and theft so you refund that money go back and overlook the trip and you'll see where I'm talking about I want 02 miles okay that was six blocks and you guys charged me $32 *** give me my money I'm a stage 4 cancer patient and I don't have time to play with you guys that's all the money I have to my name. If I only hear back from you guys on the phone I swear to God I will make damn sure you guys get penalized I know enough judges and lawyers I've been doing the elections for the last 40 years and I will burn you people I want My refund now yes stop ripping off your customer and overcharging people and not allowing people to get in touch with you yes stop stealing from people and overcharging User's recommendation: Don't use Uber they're stealing

What’s all this talk of home less and not being able to eat? The bigger picture is you took an $8.80 ride to a donut place and their $32 charge is causing financial distress? Even if Uber is wrong why are you paying $8.80 for a ride with your last few dollars?

There is a mischarge of 12700.00 on my account and they don't know how to remove it and I can't use my account until it is off. And I have funds in my account

Need my refund…

BBought food from Nandos last Sunday and after Uber guy collected the food I couldnt find him on the phone anymore then I called Nandos manager and he told me the Uber guy must have ran away with my food coz they do that sometimes.

User's recommendation: Be careful with Uber guys,some are trustworthy.

Can't speak to a human called 4 different numbers

I have been getting charged $9.99 a month and don't know why and can't talk to anyone about canceling bc I can't speak to no one.

I was charged and my driver left me and my child

I paid for two stops on my way home last night and once I arrive at raslton and me my baby went into the store I came out and my driver had abandoned me and baby in the freezing cold air !!! He also put my personal belongings on the ground!! I have been a value costumer and have never experienced anything like this s since I've using Uber!! Brian was rude and inconsiderate .. I a refund for my 36.98 that was charged to credit card seriously

Cancelled 12/16 was I charged

I ordered an Uber on Friday, Dec 16 and cancelled it within 1 minute and I believe I was charged. Abs the fact that there is no customer service live to confirm is ridiculous.
