Fraud

My identity has been stolen someone is using my identity as fraud I do not appreciate that the way Uber work you let anyone sign on not knowing its them but under someone elses identity driver license and so security and I will sue your company if I get a W form from you guys again

Problem with payment

I use uber twice a day, worked up points to get a free ride up to 30 dollars..requested to used it on a 30 dollars ride for the app to charge a 12 dollar ride instead and billed me for the 30 dollar ride. The ride I requested was 34 dollars and my card would be charge a 4 dollar difference..I would never request a ride for 30 dollars if I didn't have points, when getting to work is 12 dollars ..

Falsely charged

Someone took a $400 Uber trip on my debit card, and Ive never used Uber before. Im trying to reach out to customer service to get this resolved and get my money back, and there is no customer service phone number for me to reach out for help. I have to wait 2 days for someone to call me back to resolve this.

You need to dispute this with your bank. Uber can’t help you. You could be anyone on the other end of the phone.

Survey and my last experience with a charge based on the driver inflating my charges due to traffic

The driver picked me up and the train blocked his route in every direction of my destination. He had to wait and tried to add a waiting fee. Which had nothing to do with the me I wasnt driving the train

To schedule a ride

So at 5PM (02/11/22) I texted Uber my pick-up and destination. Yet, every time I tapped continue I was taken to another screen asking for pick-up/destination info? LSS. I never got picked up?

User's recommendation: There doesen't seem to be a way to phone in you pick-up/destination info. The human touch would be helpful.
