Very unhappy with my ride last night

Four or five Ubers confirm my request for a ride and a few minutes later canceled almost four or five times and then the same thing happened again when I try to get back home I almost didn't make it to the store before it closed I am very unhappy it's never been my test before I've got every right to get my money back and maybe a little bit more

Overcharged 43$

I was overcharged 43$ there's no phone number to call anyone except for a ride. Except to call for a ride !!

I went on line, text what happened and then the live chat text service told me text me back that I have to pay money to text to a technician to get the answer of why I was overcharged!

I have to spend more money to get an answer??!! What kind of company is this!!!?? Give memy money back with a customer service with a number I can call!! Fix this!!

Without some dam fee to find out why!!! Or texting a site!!

Get a phone number for problems. Your ripping people off!! If this is the way Uber is.

I'm not using Uber anymore. You just lost a customer!!

I know that means nothing to you cause you have millions more. Your terrible!!

Uber driver refused to returnbank card

I am still waiting for my bank card from the uber driver. I was told within 24 hrs I should get it back. Also I did agree to pay the $15.00 for the return of my card, I haven't heard anything from anyone until now.

They said my account was fraud

My phone was broken so i used my wife phone to do my Uber so she thought I signed out and she signed into hers and when it asked to take a pic she thought she was taking a pic under her account but mines was still logged in and by the time we caught it they put my account on hold.I need my Uber account plz it was done by accident

Keep getting billed not using service

Two drivers arrive at wrong address, customer gets charged anyway

I called for a driver to pick me up at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue NW this afternoon. A driver named Vanessa appeared on the app as coming to me.

I was told she would be on the opposite side of the street, so I went there to wait. Later, she sends a message that she's arrived. One problem: THERE WAS NO SIGN OF HER ANYWHERE!!! I went up and down the street, searching, but no car that fits the type of car nor the license plate number was to be found!

Then I was notified of a second driver, but was he sent to my address? No! He goes to Albemarle Street and doesn't say which number! I messaged him to ask where on Albemarle Street.

He messaged back "at the corner of Wisconsin." I walk down there and look... and look.. and look... and I see no sign of him anywhere!

He cancels and I get charged for his cancelation! If this is the kind of "service" Uber gives, I'm not taking them ever again!

Better to walk than to take this excuse for service! I think that better service can be had in the Third World!

Recojida equivocada y cargos a mi tarjeta

Envíe una dirección de recogida y después de hacer el pago la app cambió de ubicación . El driver era nuevo y no mostraba nada de su perfil en mi app. Me cobraron el ride y nunca llegaron al destino de recogida que solicité . No sé a paso, me gustaría me reembolsaran el monto porque tuve que volver a solicitar otro Uber .
