Ordered service but I had the wrong pick up destination so I canceled and made the correct reservation BuT that car was a no-show!! I have text msgs showing she/car was in route and another text msg that she was minutes away. I stood outside in cold looking for her over 20 min. 10 min later I receive text she could not make it and to do another reservation! Caused me to be late for my Appt!! embarrassing

We were charged by unfairly by Uber. Initially fare was showing Rs 435 but when we reached destination driver was asking to pay Rs 1187. This was totally unacceptable. Not sure what charges they have applied on us. There is no transparency in Uber when it comes to fares. They have charged approx thrice from us in this trip. We would stop using Uber service from now onwards.

Hard not easy to resolve

Please just get my wallet back as soon as possible the driver was Joey and contact me as soon as possible ! Your making this very difficult please he had a red Prius I think some compact car it is not fair how much more do you have to write unbelievable when will I get it back please just get my wallet

You are going to have to wait for a while. If he has other customers he needs to deal with them first. He is not going to go out of his way to return your wallet which YOU left behind.

App cancelled my ride and charged me 6 bucks for nothing. used lyft. wtf

I tried to buy a ride. it cancelled me for some reason and charged me 6 bucks I had to use Lyft. I got charged for Uber cancelling me. not good.

Funds out my account charge twice take legal action

On 2/11/22 between the hours of 4pm Thur 5pm A Uber driver request was sent to pick me up from shop. I look at my phone it said driver was at location which he wasn't he was at wrong location I call him he said his GPS give him wrong direction he picked me up he did not have an address for where he supposed to drop me off in his system it had me in there for drop off not pick up and then drop I gave him my home address

A order was placed with PEI Wae and canceled before it was even processed because wrong delivery address. I then placed a order for the correct delivery address for 74.33. And was charged 54.99 when my same order delivered . This is not acceptable and I want my refund

Not satisfied with Uber’s customer service.
Driver was 37 minutes late and caused me to miss my flight. He drove past me on purpose and had an attitude. Please watch video. Every turn I had to remind him to turn. I had to pay $160 to rebook my flight. Customer service left me a message on voicemail and will not call me back. I have sent them over 5 emails.
