I was overcharged 43$ there's no phone number to call anyone except for a ride. Except to call for a ride !!
I went on line, text what happened and then the live chat text service told me text me back that I have to pay money to text to a technician to get the answer of why I was overcharged!
I have to spend more money to get an answer??!! What kind of company is this!!!?? Give memy money back with a customer service with a number I can call!! Fix this!!
Without some dam fee to find out why!!! Or texting a site!!
Get a phone number for problems. Your ripping people off!! If this is the way Uber is.
I'm not using Uber anymore. You just lost a customer!!

I called for a driver to pick me up at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue NW this afternoon. A driver named Vanessa appeared on the app as coming to me.
I was told she would be on the opposite side of the street, so I went there to wait. Later, she sends a message that she's arrived. One problem: THERE WAS NO SIGN OF HER ANYWHERE!!! I went up and down the street, searching, but no car that fits the type of car nor the license plate number was to be found!
Then I was notified of a second driver, but was he sent to my address? No! He goes to Albemarle Street and doesn't say which number! I messaged him to ask where on Albemarle Street.
He messaged back "at the corner of Wisconsin." I walk down there and look... and look.. and look... and I see no sign of him anywhere!
He cancels and I get charged for his cancelation! If this is the kind of "service" Uber gives, I'm not taking them ever again!
Better to walk than to take this excuse for service! I think that better service can be had in the Third World!
