I saw a charge of $9.99 on my credit card possibly For membership which never asked for it. Hard to find a phone number to call and cancel that.

Problem receive a ride.

Was suppose to be picked up at 7:05 am charge to be $16 and some change. Driver canceled. Got text another driver will contact me never showed up called him and asked where he was his answer was *** and hung up. Finally got to the ordering app again. Had to order again charge was $45 and some change. My granddaughter was an hour late for school. I should not be charged the $45 because this was not my fault. I should be charged fare quoted for the first ride $16 and some change. I also cannot believe that the driver swore at me.

Can’t get a hold of company by phone to correct account information and can’t do it nanually

The name on my account is not mine and all emails from Uber are not in English so I dont know what they are saying

Customer sevice only thru app.They do not respond to complaint fairly.No phone contact.

On 1/18/22 at 7:33am I was charge $25 for a ride upfront charge $10.17 .I was drop off at the correct location.Driver did not end the ride incthe app until 21 mins later at a trailer park .I explain to Uber they refund $5.56 so the $10.17 ride cost $19.44.Uber refuse to give me my $14.83 .Fault is the driver not ending the ride or being dishonest.

Overcharged

On 1/18/22 at 7:33am I request a uber ride to work upfront cost $10.17.The driver took me to the correct location(work) but did not end the ride at the drop off ,he did so 21 minutes later cost $25.after several messages to uber i was only refunded $5.56 final cost of ride $19.44.Uber did not give a reason why i was only refunded $5.56 instead of $14.83.No phone contact available

Need a ride

My family member doesn't have a smartphone and cannot use the app. He still would enjoy using Uber. Your company has taken away the ability to call for a ride. There are ways such as text to verify the customer. There is also the ability to create and verify an account with Uber so that someone without a smartphone (yes, there are still people out there who don't have one) can use your service. You should have a phone number so that someone who has created an account with you can telephone Uber for a ride.

Driver asked for cash ,second driver got sent to other side of town same address wrong destination i want a refund on both rides canceled and now got another uber ,i ALREADY CANCELED AND NOW A THIRD DRIVER SHOWS UP !!!!!

You took my money

Look my money was on my account I was given to me as a gift on a gift card it was put on the wrong account that account trying to charge me $50 it is not my account that account was hacked but not me even in the right so now I have a problem I've already changed my bank card but again it was a gift card in there trying to take it I need my money to go to my correct account

Uber - My account has been compromised
Someone in new York used my account with my debit card that is on my account. Im in Tennessee never been to new York Ive asked for help and Im not getting any help.
