Charge for extra ride

I was picked up at 1521 Locust street to go home. Driver literally drives around the block and drops me back off at 1521 Locust street and says okay you''re here...I said what are you talking about you just picked me up here...she said that's where the ride took her..i said..no that's where you just got me at..she then re routes the ride and I"m charged even more money to get home. I AM NOT PAYING FOR THE RIDE AROUND THE BLOCK. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS..DRIVER LITERALLY WENT AROUND THE BLOCK AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I WANT THIS FIXED OR I'M CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND COMPLAINING.

Dispute fare

Uber - Dispute fare
I travel to work daily. My fare is no more than 10.00 a day to get to the train station. I have the receipt for 9.99 and Uber is trying to charge $29.99 for a $10..00 ride?. Why.. Will go back to Lyft before Uber thinks will rob me.

Ha...And people on Lyft say they'll come to Uber. It's the same all around.

Fewer drivers are out here because of gas prices and lame rides. Prices will go up.

We got the phone back but y'all charged my card 15 dollars and it caused me to be - 15 dollars after I paid him 20 in cash to give me my phone back and on top of that I feel like y'all got more money from me after I had gotten my phone back and now I'm broke as a joke thank you very much for returning my phone

The trip said it would cost $26 and something cents. When I went to tip the driver it said I was charged $51 and something cents. I especially noticed this because the tip did not go through.

I need to understand why I was charged 51+ instead of $26. I also need to tip this excellent driver. Today, May 11 this ride was at about 7:30 AM from 1811 à la Moana Boulevard to the H Bay State Park. Please respond, thank you, Laura 970799**** Also send a way for me to tip this driver!

Payment related issue

I was charged 21 as cancellation charges, although driver cancelled the trip. When I complained I was informed that cancellation charges will be waived. But Iam not able to book any ride as Uber is asking me to clear the payment of 21. So Iam forced to travel using Ola.
