I have paid him cash and he is saying I have not paid i wanna file a police complain against him
I have paid in cash but he refused i wanna file a police complain against the driver who is telling lies first of all he called me and said if the payment was in cash or phone pay i said cash then he came i have proof of recording contact me as soon as possible with that driver When i connected him via what's app he blocked be i have uploaded the proof too

No Customer Service for Assistance
Needed assistance. Answer not found in FAQs. a handicap family member that needed a ride who does not live with me. No customer service. Had to use another service. Wish Uber would allow rides for similar situations.

I have booked uber from my residence to go to parel. The driver came on time. But he parked the car in front of my building and disappear. I tried calling him but didn't pick up the phone. So I took a Taxi because I was getting later for a function. So it was the driver fault not my. So why should I pay cancellation fee???

Stollen cell phone by driver
Yes my phone was stolen by a Uber driver. First he said he'll mail it to me. After trying to meet up with him, he said I have to pay extra money plus the $15 charge by uber.
User's recommendation: Make sure you have all your belongs with you. If don't you won't get them back.

Got dumped by a driver she called an end shift
Review: I was not pissed, I am just new to the Uber experience. I am pleased with provided service I now better understand that Uber is as new to some drivers as they are to the riders. Thanks Uber for what you provide to the future. Cheers!

You guys took my money and my order wasn't even placed
My money was took out for account authorizations I never got my money back I never got a order number or anything it just took my money I had to wait 3 whole days to eat until I got paid again cause of that but Ive yet to receive any compensation for it yet

You pay whatever it costs him in lost wages and gas to return the phone if you want it back. He is not stealing from you. He lost money due to your being careless and he should be paid for that.
In a way if they do not pay the driver for his gas and time they are the thief. They signed a contract saying that Uber is not responsible for items they left behind, and that they have to pay a $15 plus other expenses fee to have the item returned.
