User's recommendation: Don’t try to reach them with a problem. Had to call credit card company and hope they can work this deal it. Where is a human??

I had a trial subscription with them. I was to renew automatically if I didnt cancel by September .

I went online to cancel. I thought I canceled and deleted the account but they renewed and charged my debit card for the renewal fee. I am not happy with their service and do not want it anymore and want my $9.99 back. During the time I had it I tried to use it several times for food delivery and transport but it never worked out.

Every time I tried to get rides they said they didnt have available drivers. When I tried to have food delivered they cancelled on me 3 times.

I cant reach a person to talk to about this. Please help me!!!

I don't received my food

Very bad service, I dont recommend Uber eats, delivery boys are not professional they dont deliver my food and after that I wanted to contact the guy, he disconnected my call purposely. He was not even responding on call The delivery boy name was Rutesh.
