I have called and complained multiple times and reported this to the police. I was taken somewhere on 1/14/22 and was told the driver would wait as I was going to be coming up in a short time. However, when I came out he was gone and had taken my backpack with medical supplies, laptop, and medications in the bag. I have never received a call back and demand that at this time. I am reporting back to the police today. Thanks

I was a good driver with Uber my I was robbed and the took my phone my Uber driver app was impersonate I reportedi visited the greenlight hub only for them to tell me they are sorry I can't driver now I lost my lively hood it hard to survive kids and doing a white collar job but it all good

A Uber driver named Jennifer had picked me up and took me home and I had left my keys in the backseat and have tried and contact you guys for over 2 weeks to get my keys back and have not heard anything back. Still with no keys

Didn't get picked up

I was charged $5.75 and the driver came to the wrong location. The address was error nest on driver GPS. I called and texted drive and driver left. Need money back

Horrible customer service…if you can even get in touch with a customer service rep in any way, shape or form to attempt to rectify the situation. How does Uber not have a freaking customer service #?!

I was double billed for the same ride. Cant reach anyone in customer service to rectify the situation because heaven forbid they have a customer service phone number

I bought uber card with amount 100$ and i couldnt redeeming it is been 4 days saying for me same things the engineering working on my issue

i bought Uber card and i couldn't enter the pin number it says please try again and to mention that every week i bight uber card and it works now since Friday i have issue and no body seems trying to fix my issue i am saying i need to go my job etc...and really i am getting so disappointed why no one available to help me:@@@

My card was not accepted

I kept putting my info in, for some reason it was not accepting it, I never got the chance to speak with anyone. I got frustrated and decided to call a Taxi, they accepted my card too

The app and customer service (via Twitter) promote the reservation feature as costing about the same as a non-reserved trip to the same place. When reserving a trip that was about 5 miles from home, a reservation cost me $41 when not reserving to the exact same place was only about $9. When I tried to press the issue for more clarity with the Twitter customer service, they stonewalled me by saying that reservations are subject to being locked in to their price, but did not give me a reason that my reservation would be nearly five times the price even when I provided screenshots. And if it was because they didn't know, they could have tried to look into it. But all I got out of the conversation is that reserving a ride through Uber is a scam.

User's recommendation: If you plan to try and reserve, make sure to compare the price. It might not be worth it.
