I had scheduled a ride for January 26, 2922 pick up at 6am they sent me a text at 5 stating they couldnt get a driver but they then charged me almost 11.00, Let them know they were the ones that canceled that us so anyway they put the money in my Uber wallet I wanted the money to go back into my bank account where they got it from.

I was charged $77 and did not use Uber
I tried to order Uber for my husband to get to work at 3:30 this morning he never got the ride and was charged 77$ we need to be refunded these charges are not correct. Don't get charged for services your not using

Incorrect charges
2/2/2022 via app charge 56.16 took $72.48 out of my account because driver did not finalize my ride at my destination he continued to charge me until he reached another destination in New Rochelle. REFUND MY BANK ACCT NOT UBER CASH!!

I left my phone in the uber drivers car!!!! And instead of Uber having a customer service live agent to speak to that may be able to call the driver so that he can turn around, Im sitting here typing a email to you! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Uber is taking money out of my account without my consent. Seems to me this company automatically sets customers up for this fee knowing it is impossible to contact anyone to remove the charges. Most people do mot notice the fee due to the fact its minimal and overlooked. I want a refund
