Unhappy Customer

Last night (2/7) I left work on east 67 street Manhattan going to the west side at 11PM & used the Uber app. Said a car was 2 minutes away. A few minutes later it was 4 minutes away on a call. A few minutes later it was 10 minutes away going to Queens! In the pick up section, messaged 'No Ride. Too long'. I was still charged for the trip. More in fact by a dollar..

On jan31 around 1:17 pm i picked customer from forsyth co to Atl airport which 50 mile away Took me 1:13 minute, i picked up and dropped of as usual and i haven't seen the trip and the money i want to know what happen

I want a refund from canceling a trip for Buick Enclave 199G32

I requested a ride at 7:30pm to my house and the driver from Buick Enclave 199G32 and got the message that my uber driver was in route for 11 but the car never moved then after 15 minutes of waiting I texted driver to see if he was off duty or was he still in route but no answer so I canceled the trip at 7:48 pm and at 7:50 I got another driver that picked us up without delay.

My driver went to a different location n I still got charged and I reported it and am still to get my money back I even messaged the driver but he didn't care cause you guys bills us passengers for u

My ride didn't show up and then cancel n i was still charge i told him i was standing out side and i saw no sight of him

My father died today and my order wasnt delivered this is an atrocity that I paid $100.00 and paid a $15.99 tip to not get my order!

I paid extra cash

There was no internet while the trip completed. I paid the cab driver Rs 580 instead of Rs 420. While booking I had remembered this figure approximately.

They don’t give their names and I lost my keys

Jerry was my driver in a white Honda car and he didnt give his number so I couldnt get my keys back and he knows where I live and the second driver was dude she drove a white Volkswagen and she might have my keys

No way to contact support about refunds on non trip related charges , scammers

I do not use whatever service my card is being charged 9.99 for , I rarely use Uber and I can't find any way to dispute the charge because you intentionally provide none.

User's recommendation: Have a support number with REAL PEOPLE.

Driver has my phone

My phone fell out my bag as I was getting out the Uber. I called it & the driver answered, we spoke 3 more times & he promised to bring it back. I even agreed to pay the $15 fee to bring it back. It's been 3 days & I still don't have my phone. I've since had a family member buy a new phone & paid to get it activated today (February 7 2022) I need my phone back because all my credentials & bank info is on that phone to pay my bills. I am currently late paying my rent due to not having my phone where I use for all my billing needs. I also use Uber to commute daily to work which I have had to walk to work because of no way to call anyone for a ride. Can a customer service representative please call me back. 239-841-****

Uber - I got charged extRa money
All I know is I was only supposed to pay $25 for my Uber and then the next day an extra $17.50 got pulled out or it showing its pending then it showed another $15.78 got pulled out what's a reverse that I got that back but that for me in the negative and pulled out of my savings which like I said they gave you that $15.78 back but after I put it back in my savings I'm going to literally have $5 in my account when I should not be having $5 in my account I should be having $22 in my account I want to know why $17.50 got charged to my account I had to lock my card up and take my card off of uber because it kept getting charged
