Because I have booked uber for trip.but they had shown me rs 21 for fine amount but why? I already paid every amount to uber.

Dear sir , Yesterday I used Uber auto service, For me trip closing message not came driver asked me to pay trip amout he told rs200 , so i have send through Google pay rs 200, after 1 hour only message trip closing message came as amount rs 150 for the trip, But In bill summary showing as from my uber account rs 94 already available it is debited, and showing cash paid as rs 56. I have attached uber trip bill & Google pay payment screen shot for ur Refrence So kindly check need to revert back Rs 144 to my account. With regards, Tamilarasan

I have paid extra charges
I have paid extra 1000 INR my bill was 3466 delhi to mohali but when I finish my ride then charges was 4632. Ubber driver said you have complaint ubber about this. You will get your extra charges back.

I need my money back I had to call another Uber he did the same thing I had to walk back to my hotel
I need my money back he dropped me off and left I had to call another Uber and he did the same thing I needs my damn money back.. yall service needs to get better.. I will never use yall again Im way in Boston dont know my way around and was left on the streets had to walk back to my hotel

Too dificult to reach a real person in their Customer Service.
I used the Uber App to get transportation from my relatives home to the Airport in Dominican Republic to come back to my house in NY. I contacted 3 or 4 Uber drivers and all of them offered the same price but higher that what was stated in the App. I had no choice and I paid the requested fare. Later when I check my credit card I noticed that I was charged for the service. I end up paying in cash and by card on the same trip. Is not fare and I am considering discontinue the use of the app if Uber does not refund my Credit Card, thanks

I wanted uber to go home from Costco and the driver denied me.He said that I needed a truck. I told him that when I had a car it was smaller than his and I was able to get all of my stuff in it and he drove off I ended up paying a fee of $5.99 because I ended up canceling I feel that it was not my fault and that I should not have to pay the fee. I ended up taking lift.

I have ride from 5280 Indian River to 6830 W Oquenso Dr get charged 2 times so how can get 2 times charge for one ride

Can’t get a frickin customer service person on the phone to resolve cc charges in comparison to the actual trip charges on ap!!!!!
My actual trip charges should be as Uber posted 196.20 total but my cc card was charged 246.04! And its upsetting to not have someone at Uber to talk to to resolve this!!!
