Almost missed my plane
I made a reservation a week and a 1/2 before I want to be picked up and the day I was supposed to be picked up the driver called me and cold rain and tolling he was 25 minutes away with another Customer and couldn't care less about me missing the flight

I was supposed to be picked up to catch an airplane and they never showed up
When the driver called me he said he had another customer in the car and he would not get to me for at least 25 minutes I had to spend over $200 to get to the airport and park my car while I would have missed my airplane Use lyft

Dear sir, I have booked car ride with Naresh Kumar White Wagon R - RJ14TE 3021 dated on 11/05/2022 time 9:55 pm ( PIN- 6576) from Railway Station Jaipur ( India ) to Gopalbari Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur 302006 ( India ) , but driver cancelled my trip without contacting me and booked for another trip with extra money . What is my fault to bear penaulty of Rs. 21.33 /-. I would request to take action against the driver and adjust penaulty of Rs. 21.33 /-.

Today morning I happened to book an Uber but the driver left the car without informing and the door was locked which was not even opening I was waiting in the cab for 20-25 mins I kept calling the driver he was not answering the call then someone was passing through the road so I asked for help and got out of the cab then the driver called me after 20 mins saying that I have to pay the fair for which I did not even travel

The app is asking me to pay. why? I don't use wallet money so I need this to be adjusted. Plus what penalty/ compensation the company is paying for such unprofessional behavior that caused me so much of stressI. Kindly update
