Dropped customer

Uber randomly decided to stop taking any form of payment from me. I used it to get to work. Customer service pretends my standard debit card is incompatible. Forced to switch to lyft. Not happy at all.

Uber Commit Fraud and Wrongfully Terminates If You Reject Unsafe Rides

Uber at 7821 Bartram Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153 - Uber wrongfully terminates drivers for refusing to take unsafe rides. You lose money working for uber. Minus the gas and tolls you do not make anything. It's an illusion. You rack up high debt and work for free because Uber does not pay their drivers anything. Uber expects you to work for free and take unsafe rides. They monitor the communication and the wrongfully terminate you falsely stating riders file complaints, when they never did. All of this simply because uber expects you to work for free and accept unsafe rides.

Safety issue that was ignored

I was in an Uber pool going to work November 30 at around 3:00am. Uber said 6 minutes and he arrived way after putting me at risk to arriving late to work. Heading to destination, he was rerouted to pick up another rider. When we arrive, there were two people instead of one and I questioned him about that. He allowed them both to ride- male and female- and accepted cash in form of difference. I was uncomfortable and a bit nervous due to my safety being jeopardized by this added shared ride that wasn’t correct. I reached out to Uber explaining my concern as my safety was jeopardized due to this and if anything would have happened, no track of fourth person would have been noted as there should have been three people in car. I was highly disappointed with customer service as they disregarded my request for assistance in resolving inconvenience of my safety being jeopardized. Refunding me ride or apologizing would have showed they took matter serious, but I didn’t get a response after inquiring if cases as such are taken lightly.

Uber will not transport my disabled son
I have an autistic adult son who is unable to read. He works very hard and has a full time job. The problem we had was he had no transportation home from work late at night and taxis around here are not very dependable. We contacted Uber, who was happy to help. It worked out well for about three years. Then suddenly there was a problem. About two weeks ago, my app stopped working. I set up the ride as I had done each time before but I got an error message. I uninstalled the app and tried again but it still wouldn't work. At first, Uber said they would help but then they sent me an email saying they closed my account due to me not following the terms of service. I checked and it was because I use the account with the app to make the reservations but his phone is the contact number in case the driver is unable to find my son when it is time to pick him up. When I complained that this was what they agreed to when he signed up three years ago they asked me to send a screen shot from his phone. I told them I can't do that because the the phone is an old flip phone. They then instructed me to uninstall the app and to restart my phone, which I did. When that doesn't work, we start the process over again. So far they have closed my account four times because I haven't met the terms of service. When they see this is a mistake, they go through the same stuff all over again. The bottom line is that my son doesn't have a way to get home from work anymore. I have begged them to simply close my account and allow me to start over but they do nothing. They have taken away a disabled adult's sole transportation even though he has always paid his bill and was an excellent customer. They simply refuse to take care of the problem

But as long as the method of payment status is good then what the *** is the problem??? Sorry, no sorry. This is why on any review site, Uber gets no better than a 3-star average, AT THE VERY MOST. Another major cab company will start up, exceed and prevail even better.

While Uber will be shot to *** Don't believe me. Look at Instagram or Snapchat.

Then look at Myspace. Need I say anymore???

That's it... Uber doesn't want to have send drivers who aren't qualified to transport the disabled to and fro. You can whine about 3 star ratings all day but you just don't matter.

Sorry... And if a new cab company pops up, they'll have the same rules or charge you out the *** Great job in wishing added expense upon yourself turkey.

Know you see it, Now you don’t!

GoBank has not given much concern to its banking system.Instant pay is a good concept, this instant pay(Uber’s) is a headache, different account amounts daily that don’t add up,, many transactions that where no way my spending habits,,it failed 2 or 3 days a week for 2 months I could not use that feature and it has cost me $36.00 to use the feature!!!

Driver on crystal *** No Insurance

I have tried to find a phone number for Uber for unsafe driver. I got a recording to go log in so I created an account. Logged In I’ve searched high and low to inform Uner of a driver using *** having no car insurance and this driver was car jacked by a person he told the police he knows and that he was giving him a ride. I don’t know if he was transporting for Uber at the time or if it was drug related. Non the less Uber have alot of nerve not being extremely accessable to receiving reports about driver being a danger to Ubers costomers.

Obviously, YOU weren't the customer involved. Otherwise, why would you have to start an Uber app, AFTER said incident???

Now YOU'RE the one whose coming off as shady or are on some spiteful revenge *** towards this said driver. Especially considering the fact that you've made no mention of even contacting the police.

Even though, you suspect that there was a crime (drug deal)??? So what were YOU doing???

Taking money out of my bank account

There was $12.29 taking out of my account from uber. I never use uber before in my life. I don't know how they got Access to my account. But im not happy at all. Please replace my money back onto my account. Thank you

Failed to pick up and still charged!

Wonderful UBER in USA. We pre-booked during morning a Uber to go from our hotel to the shipping terminal in San Francisco at 1pm. The driver called and could hardly speak English, could not find us even though we were standing on the footpath at the nominated address. Driver did not turn up and return calls by us to the SMS number did not help. We were forced to order a regular taxi at a cost of $25US and now Uber are refunding only part of our pre-booked charge and it is ONLY being applied to our Uber account instead of to our bank account. Further, Uber only refunded part of our charge and kept $US2.49 for the privilege of us being left out without a pick up! Tried to contact via their web site and no contact info available and only advice on their cancellation policy and of course a rudimentary receipt showing how we were ripped off!
