Unnecessary charges without trip

driver didn't came for pickup and after booking a ride he cancelled the trip and cancellation amount was dedicated from my wallet.

I lost an item and can't reach out driver

Yesterday my colleague lost his parts with important documents, we tried to reach out driver through Help but it didn't work out. We want to talk to driver, we believe we lost it there.

Regarding the behavior of driver and fare

The driver was so unprofessional...the fare was already higher than the one which was shown during the booking...i was ready to pay that amount...but he demanded more 70rs as toll tax and parking charges...he used slang also...i want action retarding this driver...the vehicle no is WB057929

Full refund for ride that wasn't received

The driver Maure,went to the went to the destination instead to coming to the pickup point and then wanted to charge me to come back and pick me up and she begged me to change the pickup point on my app which I told it was the first of my used it and then she hung up on me and I had to walk,I want the funds put back in my account immediately just like I paid for the service that I've receive.

Had a voucher which we used twice previously with no issues and had a balance and they did not use our voucher and took out of our debit card instead and no more word from them.

Had a voucher that we used two times previously and had plenty of money in account and they took out of our debit card instead of our voucher. They will not return a call. Unhappy.

This is hella ridiculous this driver still have not showed up or canceled my ride so it's even making me even later my boss just called me and I probably get fired now

User's recommendation: I will still trust Uber but loans and she's a still a driver I will give her nothing but a bad remark because I am actually for work I probably get fired from job by a job.

I have lost my mobile phone having numbers 938067**** & 962959****( blocked at present) during my ride on 6th May, 2022 ,@ 13.19 hrs. Till date i have not got my mobile phone eventhough one week was over. Please expedite with YOUR UBER DRIVER for my trip on 6th May at 13.19 hrs from ALIPORE Judges Court Road to my temporary residence at Kolkata No. 46A, S.N.Roy Road, Sahapur, Kolkatta 700038, India Via Hindustan Sweets, Tollygunge Circular Road New Alipore Kolkata 700053.

User's recommendation: Nothing. At present I am in disturbed condition. Uber service is at par to Ola. But during my above trip, i lost my confidence and I will not suggest UBER YO ANY ONE OF MY RELATIVES & FRIENDS.

So let me get this straight, you were careless, you left your phone behind, and you want your ride refunded. Does not work that way kiddo.

You not only have to pay your fair, but also a fee for him to return the phone to you, when he does. Also instead of losing confidence in Uber, you should lose confidence in yourself for being careless.

I ordered uber and I just found out I was charged more than 9 times

I orders Uber for a client in Athens and I checked my checking account and found out I was charged more than 9 times for the same ride
