Lost items

Left phone in uber cant access apps. Horrible customer service. Just want to reach driver to verify if phone is in there (PS my husband's phone not mine...he is the one that lost his phone). How can anyone be expected to access an app on a lost phone? If someone was available to answer a customer service call all of this would have been handled an hour ago. Clearly "service" for your customers is NOT a priority. Been hammering away at this for literally 2 hrs. In normal circumstances I would say horrible but expected. Right now, with drivers and shareholders STARVING for rides I would say deplorable. Sad. Disappointing. Shameful. Please call me at 480 371 **** to assist me with verifying IF my husband left his phone in our Uber last night. Please. Do the right thing.

User's recommendation: Depends. Great drivers. Great service. Just dont leave anything in the car (especially your phone). Forget about calling Uber.

Fraudulent use of my bank card

I live and work in Reno, NV. I received receipts in my email and charges to my bank account for rides and food charged to me in New York and Georgia. I can't contact Uber because I don't have an account with them, but I cancelled my bank card and reported it as fraud to my bank.

Charge me for trip I didn't use it because driver was unprofessional

Driver take 15 min to pick mi up After he come he said he cant go on hwy and ask mi do I know different way to get there not using expressway I said I dont know He ask me can I go with him in jewel Isco to get ipass I sad I dont have time for that He said he cant give me ride but Uber charge me

They overcharged me

Paid for an uber Wednesday. Was charged 9.33. Looked at my bank account. Got charged 9.33 and an additional 15.38. Why? Can I get my 15.33 back

Uber charged my card without my knowledge
