I am constrained to bring to your pointed attention that on Saturday the 27th November, 2021 I was desperate to get a Cab to go to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, Telengana, India from Secunderabad 500009, Telengana; inspite of my best efforts, I could not get a Cab from Uber and all the concerned were cancelling the trip for the simple reason that the fare to Airport was comparatively less.
Normally, with my previous experience, I book a Private Cab; however, I forgot to do it. Then, with frantic efforts, I could reach the RGIA, Hyderabad by 4 minutes late and the Gate was closed; with the result, I incurred a loss of over Rs.4,500/- and also to stay at Airport for over 6 hours to get next Indigo Flight.
Who would pay the loss?
In fact, UBER has to support the traveller and provide the CAB as they are in such a service; why Drivers' take a call and cancel depending on the viability of the Trip. If this is the Case, why UBER cannot come with transparency, commitment to provide better service to the Travellers even with slightly higher cost.
This has been happening many a time to many customers and now Customers are used to take private Cabs instead of UBER!
With this experience, I never call UBER Cab and depend only on Private Cab even if it is slightly more as they are dependable and the so called MNC "UBER" is most undependable Agency
Thanks for their ineffective service and NOT SERVING THE CUSTOMERS in and around Hyderbaad/Secunderabad
