We were quoted $7-8 for the trip & it came to $7.25.......our credit card shows $15.25 was charged. We would like you to credit us back the extra $8.00 that was added to the charge. Also, no way of calling you. Very complicated system! Ann Watson

Dear sir/madam am Maulid Mkasi from Tanzania as an uber driver for almost 10month now.. i had such problem with my uber account for almost 3 month now my accnt has been blocked due to the cancellation which was my first mistake face in my account but i wonder my account as been hold forever...Dear Madam/Sir please i real know cancellation is part of a big mistake due to uber regulation.as a human being a take the responsibility for this...for your second chance i real need a fogiveness so i can continue work with uber hope my problem will be listen and be solved..my phone number i used to register is +255716****81

I had to wait on an uber who wouldnt give me a ride because i didnt have a carseat for my daughter.He canceled and told me to press cancel which caused me to not be able to get my full money back I lost 16 dollars because of this. Had to get on the bus in the snow which was hard because my daughter was in a stroller i had to push across bascially waisted my time and money.

I ordered a ride for 16 dollars and some change. I had my daughter and the driver didnot give me a ride told me cause she had a carseat he couldnt take me so I had to cancel the ride myself he wouldnt take me and got charged for a ride i needed i never got a ride anywhere .I had to take my daughter in her stroller in the snow and get on the bus stop which was very hard because the weather was bad outside. I spent 16 dollars for no reason to get home quick. I couldnt even get all my money back for being canceled on.
