Faulty Charge

I was charged a faulty cleaning fee on my trip on 02/13/2020 at 2300. This is the 3rd time I was charged a faulty cleaning fee by one of your drivers. I am sick of this. I only brought my keys and wallet with me in the Uber. No food or beverage or minor bodily fluids were left behind. I do not understand why this keeps happening, but this is ridiculous. I spoke with the driver the whole way to my destination. There were no issues. Then 3 days after my ride Im charged with an $80 cleaning fee. I will not keep standing for this behavior by your drivers. I would like to speak with someone about this via phone not via messenger. I would like a full refund because I will not be charged a fee for something I didnt do. This is not okay. The fact this is the third time Ive had to deal with this is not okay. I have still been charged $80 for something I did not do. Im not okay with this at all.

Stay away from any company that doesn’t allow u to talk to live person. Period- no exception

Uber hides their toll free phone number. In very short words, they want 100 app interaction. If u are OK with this Great. Else, run away!

Over charged

I been charged twice. The first driver cancelled. I guess because he could not find me. I don't understand why I've been charged for this ride when its not my fault.

Locked out of my account

Uber - Locked out of my account
I dont know why I was locked out. I had a very rude unprofessional driver who made a complaint after I told him I was going to report him. Im a long term paying customer and was very inconvenience last night not being able to use my account and getting stranded.

Beware Uber. If you have an issue, only robots are provided to assist you.

I bought an uber giftcard 2 weeks ago for $30. When I tried to use the app, Uber said that payment method was not allowed. Then, the next day, I couldn't get into my account. After several attempts to contact Uber (by phone and email), I finally created a new account. When I attempted to get my card switched to the new account, they found an old account that only had 92 cents on it and used that as my consolidated account. Then after over 2 dozen emails with uber "customer service," which kept sending me a canned message, they found my $30 credit. BUT, they say they will withhold it for 30 days! Since I purchased the giftcard 2 weeks ago, that makes 6 weeks I must wait to utilize my OWN MONEY. This is INSANE!

I have been waiting for half hour for a ride that was supposed to arrive in 2 minutes. I call and he doesn't pick up his phone . I would like to have this ride cancelled and my money refunded . Driver app issue

I sent in a background check over 2 weeks ago and still have not been able to start driving. Today it asked me to resend my background check and it wont let me.
