Rude drivers

As soon as drivers gets customer phone number/ booking they message and ask about the drop location and if they do not want to go to that location they cancel your trip. I booked uber ride cab number ( UP 13 BT 2943) and after I board the cab he asked me about my drop location and then he cancelled the trip

Unable to add payment method

I have been trying to add payment methods to my Uber account since the last few months but during payment the cards are declined for no reason. I've tried adding discover and Amex credit cards but with no help. Can something please be done about it?
