Chargers with me that I did not have

My complaint is on Jun 15th I call the uber from long island to Brooklyn. When they take the money of my account after my ride.in the evening they take another set of money from my account with out my permission for tips.am very upset. I want my refund back on my account plz

I was working yesterday and I revice a message from Uber saying that some one send a feedback saying that somebody else was using my account amd they close my account.what happen was that yesterday I was telling the customer to please come down cuz I didnt have a lock for my bike and I didnt want to lived out side like that cuz I did that and they stole me my first bike I guess tha customers didnt want me to continue working.

I dont use Uber very often I needed a ride I selected my location and it said searching for Uber drivers never came up with the driver so call my daughter to come and pick me up because it just kept saying search for Driver I typically heard good things about other times I have used it I have not been impressed I want my money back it was like $15
