My last trip fare was 126 but when I reached the destination the fare was 324 i asked for a refund they send me credits in my wallet I want a account transfer I'm highly disappointed by this service I want my refund in by account asap.

Falsely charges when no ride ever arrive.

Ordered a ride. Pick up request was located in cascade locks Oregon truck port of entry, but no Uber ever came and uber app keeps stating that no uber available. I later found out from port guard that there are no uber or Lyft service in cascade locks. I later found out that Im being charged for zero service. I will fight this false illegal charge.

Money taken from me by Uber

I was charged $280 for a ride I did not receive. No number of n regards to getting money back. Had to call a emergency hotline in regards to personal safety just to talk to a human. Said theyll report it. Thats it. So the driver got paid twice for a ride I canceled once, then re ordered? Seriously? I want my money back!!!!

I got a uber ride and I had a discount offer that would make my ride total be about $10. which was amazing so I took my ride paid them even added a tip to the driver he was great. So my card gets charged the $10 okay plus the tip which was a couple bucks and that's fine. Then I noticed a day or two later there's another $10 charge on there I have no idea why or where or how I didn't use Uber again I only use them one time.

We got taken by a company called,Zains Limo, from SFO TO 373 he So Airport Blvd. he totally misrepresented himself as a Uber Driver. He had an Uber and Lyft tag on his windshield. His charge was $44.49, if your company had taken us it would have been $17.65. Get that SOB as he took advantage of two seniors. Frank R. Iannucci

The only complaint is not enough deliveries and gas prices are outrages and I make 60.00 to 90.00 most of the time, but 30.00 of it goes for gas. I need to clear at least 100.00 daily. I work from 7:30 to 3:30 pm and sometimes it seems like I sit for 15 to 20 mins at a time before getting orders.
