Uber - Complaint
On march 24,2022 I was charged a cleaning fee of $150.00 I didnt waste anything in the car ! I didnt have anything ! I want a refund they took the money out of my account automatically & thats not fair to me ! I didnt get a picture of the mess or anything just an email saying Im being charged a cleaning fee! Will I get my money back ? Or what is the process because that was false allegations! Please let me know something ! Im very disappointed I use Uber almost everyday & this never happened to me!

*** Uber service

If the *** drivers are not ready to take the ride, why you people are connecting them with your service? Useless drivers lazy *** and not even have any kind of manners to talk with passengers.. such a *** service, TN11F9274 such a lazy *** driver, he is not ready to answer the call or not even ready to move from one place to another.. he is not cancelling the ride or informing us if he is ready to take the ride or not.. I was waiting for 45 mins believing that *** will come to pick me and others drivers are **** they cant even drop me from valasarawakkam to CMBT Lazy *** drivers

Multiple holds charged

They put 3 holds on my account and cannot get ahold anyone to release holds as these were not supposed to be charged

*** company. Can’t even get a phone number to call. Website doesn’t provide you with any info just a computer to complain to.

Surge pricing! What a crock of *** Drivers not honoring prices for scheduling a ride! Complete *** move. This company is truly an American company. Doesnt provide any real good service. Total middle man company just sucking money from drivers. You cant even complain to them. They have hidden all of their contact info! Garbage company! Absolute run by greedy *** with no care what service they put out there. Many more complaints. I have held off complaining for YEARS Enough now. Making me late for work!

Lost keys

When getting out the Uber I noticed I left my keys as soon as he was pulling off. He passed me up cause we was in a court. Called multiple time called customer service line multiple times. Till this day still do have my keys or Al have received a call back like I was told over 5 time. The worse of the worse service ever. It is now a week later and no one reached out.

Uber - Car never showed up
Car never showed up and I want to get reimbursed. All I want is for someone to call me back and get reimbursed.
