Most of the driver employed was and is serious issue with navigation problem. Almost lack of punctuality in timing and accountly.
Driver failed to pick me up and serious issue with navigation. Wait and walk around neighborhood and then wait at AAA. Call multiple times and never attend to call, Instead, mentioning about connection issue.

I updated my credit card but Uber still says it expired.
Uber couldnt care less about customers. On the website they want to charge to have someone resolve the isdue. Thats against California laws.

Completely dissatisfied stole my money
Uber driver never picked me up with a tag number KKP9993. He took my money and then canceled the call I watched him drop another customer off directly in front of me I want my money back now the prices has doubled.

I am not pissed but having trouble coming up to speed with Uber. I live in Costa Rica part of the time and live in S.C. so therefore I am not with any plan with my phone.
I have a Skype number which I have paid for up to a year. It's disheartening to struggle to get a ride. I unfortunately have to inconvenience my daughter to achieve a ride. It really makes me very unhappy with Uber. Sincerely Nina Garvin

Questions about my ride tomorrow
I am a senior citizen of 63 years of age. I forget to tick cash on my journey to MEDANTA HOSPITAL GURGRAM SECTOR 38.After journey I paid Rs 302/ to driver RAJVEER SINGH. It is still showing unpaid Rs 281 and RS 20. KINDLY RECTIFY IT AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST DRIVER. THANKS.
