MY SON NEEDS A RIDE, but I don't live in the same state.

There is no problem. I was never upset; I was just stressed that he needed a ride, so please understand that there wasnt a problem. The site was very accommodating, Also I didnt know if I could send a ride to him from a different state. So knowing that I could do this relieved my stress and thank you so much for your service!

Dishonest Driver

My sons wallet fell out of his pants pocket in an Uber. The Uber driver confirmed that he had it. They arranged to meet but he never showed. After two days of back and forth with Uber (they will only text or call the driver and hope he responds. Once my son made the initial contact with the driver through the app, he wasnt allowed to contact him). The driver knew my son was in DE but finally dropped the wallet off at a police station in MD 1 1/2 hours from his DE location. AND WITHOUT THE $400 cash that was in the wallet!

The driver was wrong to steal the money. But he cannot go out of his way to give your CARELESS son his wallet back.

Impossible to get in touch with especially when you have an issue with fraud. Very very frustrating that there isnt a way to speak to a representative when necessary.

I WENT TO SRILANKA FOR VACATION FOR 1 MONTH . BEFORE BOOKING TRIPS IN SRILANKA I CHANGED MODE OF PAYMENT TO CASH. AND AFTER TRIP I PAID CASH TO UBER DRIVERS. BUT WHEN I REACHED BACK CANADA , I NOTICED UBER APP DEBITED FARE FROM MY CARD.

Unauthorized transactions

Hey, I would love to continue using and trust Uber rides. But unauthorized charges give me inconvenience with my bank account. I just want you do not charge me for no service, just because you have my information. I have 2 unauthorized transactions, one for; the driver cancelled the ride $6:72 on 12/30/2023 and another one is pending $15:45 on 12/30/23 for no service.

My wife mistakenly ended up on the uber subscription plan and was being billed monthly. The ONLY way to stop this was to cancel the credit card. So then she received a new card and wanted to use uber again and somehow uber put her back on the subscription plan! As before, there was no way to cancel this so she had to cancel the card a second time. I searched everywhere to find a way to contact uber but was unable to do so. Everything says to use the app and so I tried and there is nothing on the app to manage such a problem.

Needs to speak to members of the management

Uber is a useless organization, they don't care about the drivers but only care about the dollars. Evil organization with greed management.

I used to be a driver with them and I picked up these two women who were discussing how much they got from New Orleans disaster about $7millons dollars and we only support New Orleans with $2millions and settled the accountant with one million and the rest they will keep to themselves. I was mad about it because I knew how much myself and my wife contributed to New Orleans disaster back then. I told them that they were wrong and we got in to serious argument. They finally came down and I thought all was over until same day Huber said that I can no longer work for Huber because I pulled gun on my passenger.

How can I be working for you and my report came to you without a question, you terminated my employment? I decided to write this because I met one of the Huber management in the plane from London and we became acquainted to each and when I came to understanding he worked for Huber my dominion chanTo ged.

After many pressures from him, I narrated my experience and he was shocked and advised me to contact customer care. I have call and text but I can only speak to automated and after all said and the only statement I will get is "sorry, we cannot help you at this time ".

Preferred solution: Reverse the unprecedented decision that destroyed the reputation that I have been protecting all my life. I never carried gun, I don't have a gun and no criminal record. My reputation is very important to me.
