UBER APP CHARGED TWICE FOR APPROX 20 TRIPS IN SRILANKA(CASH& CARD)
HEY SIR/MAM. IAM GEORGE FROM CANADA.
I WENT TO SRILANKA FOR VACATION FOR 1 MONTH . BEFORE BOOKING TRIPS IN SRILANKA I CHANGED MODE OF PAYMENT TO CASH. AND AFTER TRIP I PAID CASH TO UBER DRIVERS. BUT WHEN I REACHED BACK CANADA , I NOTICED UBER APP DEBITED FARE FROM MY CARD.
I CONTACTED UBER CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY TIMES. WITH LONG CONVERSATION WITH CUSTOMER CARE SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL REFUND ME FOR ONLY ONE TRIP. BUT THIS IS NOT FARE FOR ME. I NEED REFUND FOR ALL MY TRIPS WHICH UBER DEBITED FROM MY CARD .
BACAUSE PAID CASH . THANKS . IAM WAITING FOR YOU REPLY. THANK YOU .

Uber is a useless organization, they don't care about the drivers but only care about the dollars. Evil organization with greed management.
I used to be a driver with them and I picked up these two women who were discussing how much they got from New Orleans disaster about $7millons dollars and we only support New Orleans with $2millions and settled the accountant with one million and the rest they will keep to themselves. I was mad about it because I knew how much myself and my wife contributed to New Orleans disaster back then. I told them that they were wrong and we got in to serious argument. They finally came down and I thought all was over until same day Huber said that I can no longer work for Huber because I pulled gun on my passenger.
How can I be working for you and my report came to you without a question, you terminated my employment? I decided to write this because I met one of the Huber management in the plane from London and we became acquainted to each and when I came to understanding he worked for Huber my dominion chanTo ged.
After many pressures from him, I narrated my experience and he was shocked and advised me to contact customer care. I have call and text but I can only speak to automated and after all said and the only statement I will get is "sorry, we cannot help you at this time ".
Preferred solution: Reverse the unprecedented decision that destroyed the reputation that I have been protecting all my life. I never carried gun, I don't have a gun and no criminal record. My reputation is very important to me.
