My refund for 3 weeks ago $15.00

I make an order for Uber 3 weeks ago, but the driver never pick me up and at front of my door and I was charge $15 on that day and I immediately canceled my the trip cause the didnt pick me so I later other a new Uber who came to take me to my destination and another payment of $15 was taken from my account again. So please Im requesting for a refund of $15 for the first Uber

Sick of getting screwed over

So, I order an Uber expecting to pay the shown amount. But as usual, the driver cancels and I get a new driver and have to wait longer and get charged more. Of course Uber has no support. I got to miss my flight, tried to complain and was told they would get back to me. Jacey from chat said that. Guess what never heard back. They keep doing this and I am over it. Do not use Uber.

No he podido hablar con alguien que hable español, por lo que no he podido exponer mi problema. Si yo fuera Conductor, entonces si me habían respondido, así me dijo una contestador, no para cliente.

This is ridiculous I was double charged and there is no number to call and the app only has trip related issue in the help section. I don't want to get the driver in trouble cause he was great. Uber do better!

Hi I'm basil Miller a Uber driver a customer came in the car eating and drinking I told the customer no eating inside the car he or she get upset with me asking why they can't eat in the car I said no because they leave garbage on my seat and floor they slam the door,customer telling me I have to drive faster now I'm in a 40mile zone they late for work so I can speed it up remind u I'm at the address called the customer honk my horn 10min they still didn't came out still waiting,I could cancel the ride but I have a sense of humor customer leave cigarette on my floor gum on my leather seat I have to pay to get it off I'm a 65 yr old I'respect customer but a lot of them very disrespectful so as I said I greet customer good morning how are u how is your day going, I'm not arrogant I have been doing delivery for mobile air transportation,Amazon,DHL,also I know about customer service, so please let me know what you gonna do about my account,I need to get back to work thank u very much looking forward to u and getting my account activated thanks again and have a blessed and safe day,Basil Miller.

I ordered a shared ride on Saturday morning 11/04/2023. I believed a rider was on the trip before I ordered it, I waited for the ride to arrive to no avail. I was outside waiting and didn't see it arrived, while I was still waiting it shows the driver started the ride to my destination when I wasn't on the ride.. I tried to order another ride but the only option is to cancel the first one which I eventually did just so I get a new ride. Uber then charged me a whole $21.06 of the ride fee. I need a refund of that because I wasn't on that ride. The number plate of the car is Z74RMW

Wrongly charged

My account was deactivated for what I figure or think to be false accusations and I am affected by it significantly. I have never stepped outside of my morals or anything where positive energy and belief is concerning with customers yet I am deemed to be " talkative, impolite, and compromising their safety".
