Refund

For two weeks I've been struggling with my account I haven't gotten any help I spoken with supervisor after supervisor and nothing they're still not able to assist me I have Uber money on my account and I can't even use it my account has been shut down and turn back on various amount of time and still nothing

Got charged for a trip I didn't take

Unauthorized charges

there are 17 unauthorized Uber charges to my credit card July and August My bank cancelled the card but charges keep coming the latest July 16 $10.90 Twice I tried to cancel Uber to no avail. Horrible prices/ Your app is all glitches out don’t get it!!

My trip that usually cost $12-$13 all of a sudden decided to be $33+ I do not have that kind of money for 1 trip that's rediculous!! i am now 1hr late for work!! I had to call off of work!!
