Hello dear madame sir, I would like to say something that from last one month my account is blocked due to which I am at home and can’t do the deliveries I have asked several times to help me and get one email from Uber that your account is active you can receive delivery. But unfortunately still my account is blocked Uber told me that we have send your issue to relevant senior team they will solve your problem but it’s completed one week that I am waiting for response but still no response. About my money y'all took from my account
$9.99 was withdraw from my account. I don't know why. Uber technology inc that's the name who took it from my account. I don't know why I never signed up for that. You can't just took money from people for no reason.

Cost of ride
The phone number provided unfortunately went no where. The fact is that Uber does not have a phone number that riders may contact to resolve issues. Its totally outrageous. I am someone who drove for Uber up till five months ago, so I ended up getting a hold of someone in driver support to discuss my issue. He took down the information and promised me that I would receive a phone call ASAP. Well see.

Took my money never got my food
I got the refound for my order but I didnt get my tip back Im beyond pissed my delivery driver said she dropped off the order and marked it as done and she never delivered it, I called her multiple times and texted her and never got a response Im beyond mad and annoyed I have to pay AGAIN for my order and I gotta still wait for my refound! And I couldnt even get in contact with support to talk to anyone!!!! Im extremely mad

My debit card was billed in San Francisco, CA and it was not me I am not a driver nor a passenger. I contacted Uber last week and someone was going to get back to me and never did and still my debit card has 3 charges that was not me
