Over chargedd, driver requested cash

I requested Uber on May 10th, 2021 Driver JULIO, License plate # T757****, fhv# 584****, Driver's TLC#565****. He stated that my Uber app. Was not working correctly and the Long Island address was not listed. He pulled over and demanded a cash charge of 65.00. I gave him 61.00. Afterwards, I tried with no success to contact and report the incident. There was no contact number or web. Info. other than 911. I'm very pissed and fearful to again travel with Uber. Customer service is very poor! The Uber company should know that not everyone has time communicating by writing, Some people just want to talk to human being not machine; why does Uber make it hard for customers to talk to Uber team via phone? Also, your app is not easy to navigate when it comes to refund and complaints, many people l know don't know how to lodge a complaint when it comes to refund, they just lost their money to Uber! Uber should have lines for customers to lodge their complaints !!and real human

User's recommendation: Always have plan B never rely too much on Uber!

Charged two months now for Uber pass and I never signed up for it. Its ridiculous how much time I have spent trying to speak to someone to get this issue resolved! Uber is crap when it comes to customer service.

Ramon the driver was RUDE! Very disappointed with this guy.

The driver did not greet me as I approached his vehicle. He saw me carrying on a massage table and gave me attitude. Very unfriendly, gave me the silent treatment through the whole drive, you could hear crickets. I told him if it bothered him about my massage table, because he was very cold and had an attitude. He does not stand by the reviews that are posted about him. Very disappointing and the worst experience with Uber. Ramon should be taking classes for a customer service.
