It is reg my trip DTD 13/03/2022 where probable fair shown Rs 285/but as the driver did not close the trip at destination and drove some kms on his own ,charged fair became 370/action solicited

A Very rude driver that did not speak understandable English then canceled our ride then saw me and cussed me out very publicly

Item left behind

A bag was left behind at Uber Taxi at Bangalore India on 12 March 2022. Tried reaching the support and the driver through the app but no use. I had also tweeted about the same but no response. Never expected the same from Uber. Not at all customer friendly. Sic

Wrongly Charged Cancelation Fee

Had an appointment to be picked up at airport at certain time in advance. At 5 min til pickup, I was told driver was still 56 min away. This would have caused me to be late for flight. Had to cancel and arrange another ride to make the flight. Got charged $29. Went to website, no help. Called customer service, no help unless you were in a safety issue. Went and filled form, no help. So I am out of the country for a month, charged $29 for something that was Ubers fault, and they have done nothing to make it right. Terrible experience.

Report that my purse money phone credit cards were stolen by the driver. I went into the store today and when I came out the driver was gone and my purse was in the car.

I can’t not Get in touch with anyone over the phone so I wrote them a text and I’m still yet to hear from someone nor did I get my money back I already don’t have a Lotta money I need to feed my children so I need my money ASAP

Passenger booked the cab and app shows that will come after 5 mins but he came after 40 mins. After coming driver women asked why u came and he said that I am answerable your question. She said to help me with the baggage because she was with kids. He refuse to help and said k8ds to get out from the car. He close the door and left. Car was Lexus number plate L 23859 Dubai.

Driver got paid for a ride but didn't pick me up

I received an email back from Uber stating they will not refund me because the pickup and drop off was near the requested location, even after I asked them to get the recording from the drivers dashcam. I have decided to just ride with Empower and Lyft
