Driver cancelations and refunds

I repeatedly tried contacting someone at Uber and the bottom line is there is no customer service if one has a problem. While most of my experiences with Uber have been good I found out the hard way when a customer needs help youre screwed. Deteriorating service

Well, just missed another flight due to Uber's deteriorating service. I have seen them to be unreliable. If you have to get to the airport in early morning hours oh, I would find other means of getting there. I waited 45 minutes while it's pool to try to find the driver several times. If you plan on using Uber for an important event, you should have a back-up plan.. As Uber is no longer the company it was and is no longer as reliable as it was.

Driver did not come for airport pick up on July 30. At least for a long time. I had to call a Lyft

I think I told them, a couple of times, I called an Uber to pick me up to get to my plane, nobody showed, so I called a Lyft who came quickly, I made my plane, and then Uber charged me, over $26?!!!

I'm frustrated I bought a $40.00 gift card and loaded it then my account was suspended. I have never been contacted nor do I know how to contact them. It is ridiculous.

Uber drivers don't accept company paid customer ask for cash payment

Uber drivets ask for cash payment otherwise they cancel the ride i in hyderabad it is common practice

Order never delivered

My interaction with Uber customer service was non-existent because the one number turned out to be for car accidents and the other one was no longer in service. So hopefully you can straighten out this mess.
