Hello I got an Uber for my brother from my house 225 East 202nd street to 2817 barker ave and it costed $12. Later on I received a receipt with $52 with a different destination, and I was confused thinking I didn't make this trip. But I'm now realizing that you charge me an extra $40 and I have no idea why. Billing Question
I am writing on behalf of my aunt who is 93 years old. She has an uber account, but has not used it since January 2020. She is receiving a monthly bill of $24.99 and, since she hasn't used the service, doesn't understand the reason she is being billed. She paid the first month's bill, not understanding what she was paying for. In total, she has been billed three times. She is a Catholic nun and is on a very fixed income. Would you kindly tell me what our next course of action should be? Thank you for your help.

Can't use my uber cash
I try to use Uber for a ride in Uber eats and I have $109 Uber cash and still now let me use it this is getting old you really need to fix it you have $109 of my money they cannot use can you please fix the issue if not this last time I ever use Uber again

I been calling uber at 5:30 in the morning obviously at the time there is no traffic. And my uber ride it said is gona be here in 8 minute which it never happen .I got charged 5 times for a ride I never took because I was gona get late for work . So please get back to me as soon as possible Thanks

me and my daughter have an account with Uber I have been on top of trying to get this fixed I have over $60 on my Uber account that I have not been able to use since July 16th I don't appreciate it I want the problem resolved I can't go anywhere I use you guys to go around and quite frankly I'm sick and tired of the problem not being fixed I talk to somebody online and that's not even working I've tried to call now I'm not getting through and I'm getting pissed offnot once have I ever had a problem with you guys and all of a sudden boom me and my daughter can't use the money that we added on Uber I want it fixed and I want it fixed immediately thank you or refund
