I was charged $53.52 for a Uber that never showed up. I wasn't sent a email with a pin number nor was I contacted by Uber nor the Uber driver upon taking my money total of $53.52 that I would like to have back.

Many billing issues which took weeks even over a month resolve which caused me not to be able to ride Uber and left me an unpleasant situations. Communication ability with someone is zero
I was charged for a ride I already paid for and I kept emailing and emailing Uber and nobody responded and the charge never came off therefore I was unable to catch a ride with Uber you can't talk to anybody everything has to be email or chat very unprofessional then again I get double billed and again and I still haven't had an answer to the last one I caught an Uber ride and Uber took it out of two separate accounts then they said they were going to correct it and it was only coming out of one and I asked which one and they still can't answer me very disappointed .

Uber billing practices
Sometimes its very interesting how the billing from drivers is in favor of Uber and drivers and seems to leave customers hanging. Example: I call for a ride. Driver gets close to picking me up then drops the ride and mysteriously Im charged a fee. Im unable to actually talk to someone at your office to address the issues in more detail because written text does not address the issue in its proper light. You still owe me money. Call me. Its ok I promise I wont bite. 360-201-****. Patrick

I placed an order with whataramen Around 6:45pm I received notification the delivery would be between 735 and 755it never came At 8:15 I called the restaurant and i asked where is my order they said Uber NEVER SHOWED UP but they have someone else coming 8:35 PM I get A text message from an Uber driver saying they don't have my address I made it clear that I put it with the order I finally at 8:50 received my food 2 hours late stone cold this is horrible Uber service I want a full refund of $22.65 which I'm attaching a copy of the debit from my bank account
